The sad shape of Caples Lake

We rode the motorcycle up to Hope Valley this
last weekend, I was shocked at the site of Caples
Lake -- It had to be drained for work on the dam,

What to do with left over Egg Whites

From my homemade ice cream, i had egg whites
leftover...
I made chocolate merinque cookies from
Dorie Greenspans Baking from my home
to yours cookbook. These are crispy on the
outside and chewy on the inside - yummy in
the tummy!

Making Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

I used Fresh Mint leaves to make the intense
MINT flavor for my mint chocolate chip ice
cream

What 3 cups of fresh mint leaves looks like
after steeping in the cream and milk for half an hour.

It was so amazing how much flavor I got from the

fresh mint.
